Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote / On-site

Experience: 1–5+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and modern design trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and optimized across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Improve existing products based on user behavior and analytics.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
  • Understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards.
  • Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  • Knowledge of interaction design and motion design.
